Vicky graduated from DePaul University with a masters in Elementary Education and Minors in Psychology and Sociology. She currently teaches science to 5th graders in Prospect Heights, as well as starting as the co-head coach of the Track and Field Team this year. She also was an assistant coach at Deerfield High School with the girls gymnastics team for four years. She also worked for 12 years at a gym, teaching children four months to 12 years prior to her career as an educator. There she not only taught gymnastics but tap, ballet, creative movement, karate and sports skills. She loves being able to integrate academic and social emotional learning into her tumbling lessons. Vicky is looking forward to sharing her love for coaching and academics with NSTEC.
