M-K Russell is currently a junior at Iowa State University studying Biology and Secondary Education. She started cheerleading when I was 5 with Coach Nabi and spent time on her recreational cheerleading team and was on her first ever competitive cheerleading team. She went on to cheer at Glenbrook South High School for four year and was Varsity Captain her senior year. She also loves to dance and one of the main ways she stays active while in college is through dance fitness classes offered by her school.
