Appropriate Class Attire for Dance
Hair must be pulled back off the face and neck. Short hair please pull back with a headband or clip.
Ballet classes must wear a neat bun. All other classes may wear a bun or pony tail.
Stud earrings may be worn. No other jewelry (or play jewelry) please.
Please refrain from wearing elaborate tutus or old recital costumes to class.
All attire must allow full range of movement. Jeans, sun dresses, non-dance skirts, and sandals are prohibited.
Non-Company dance classes can wear any color leotard, skin-tone tights, and black dance shorts.
Dancers may also wear leggings, yoga/jazz pants and expected to wear genre specific shoes.
Ballet attire requires a leotard, ballet skirts, tights and ballet shoes.
Hip Hop dancers may wear leggings, joggers, fitted t-shirt, tank tops, and clean gym shoes.
Acro requires a black leotard.
